Working with agile teams

In my role, I collaborate closely with agile development teams to innovate and create new features for existing products. Leveraging our extensive knowledge of users, market trends, and business objectives, we work with existing technologies to drive continuous improvement.

I facilitate workshops with small, multidisciplinary teams, where together we generate concepts and ideas to address user needs and business goals. We rapidly prototype these ideas, validate them with stakeholder, and conduct user testing to ensure alignment with user preferences and market demands.

When working with agile teams, my approach focuses on creating small MLPs (Minimum Lovable Products) to test  ideas, evaluate user acceptance, and determine market fit, enabling us to iterate and refine our solutions effectively.

Optimising UX/UI Design and AI Experiments

In my practice, I've leveraged design systems and branding principles to elevate UI design, ensuring consistency and coherence across digital products. By adhering to established guidelines and incorporating brand elements seamlessly into user interfaces, I've been able to create compelling and visually impactful experiences for users.

Moreover, I've recently started testing AI technologies into the design process to enhance agility and efficiency. By leveraging AI-powered tools for tasks such as automated prototyping, content generation, and user testing analysis, I believe it's possible to accelerated the design workflow, allowing for quicker iterations and more informed decision-making.

This fusion of design systems, branding, and AI technologies can not only streamline the design process but also enable teams to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions that resonate with audiences.
